Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark crimson. The nose is immediately enticing, slightly spicy, with an engaging freshness of wild mint, ripe fig, purple plum, and fresh strawberry coulis. In the mouth, the fruit basket really reveals itself with juicy red and blue fruit flavors bursting on the tongue and coating the palate. The tannins are beautifully integrated and just beginning to resolve, but hold the finish a little tighter, reminding you the wine is still very much in its youth.
